I have broken this section into two parts: Project Concept Summary and Full Page Implemented Designs. It’s important to provide your end users with an overarching marketing concept prior to jumping into a clickable reporting dashboard. This complex dashboard tackles a 4 step cyclical process that answers the following questions: 1. What clinicians need help using the EMR and with what? 2. How can we help them improve? 3. When can we schedule that help? 4. How do we measure success?
