Cerner Operating Model

- First design employee to receive a U.S. design patent for the development of dynamic feedback functionality featured on the UnitedHealthcare website. 

- Designed an online platform that streamlines the user experience for consumer-based Individual Health Records (IHR), that resides on the UnitedHealthcare website and is available to over 20% of the U.S. population.
